daily kids vitamins that we love

*Thank you One A Day with Nature’s Medley  for sponsoring this post, as always, all opinions are my own*

You wouldn’t believe the amount of meals I have made that have been seriously unsuccessful when it comes to the kid’s taste. If it’s not one child complaining, it’s the other. They all struggle with something like finishing their meals, to not eating enough greens during the day, and honestly, it gets pretty exhausting that sometimes I would like to give up and throw in the towel and feed the kids a bowl of cereal. But, since that’s frowned upon in the motherhood culture, I’ll stick with what I can and for nutritional support give the new One A Day Kids with Nature’s Medley  vitamins that you can purchase from Walmart.

No, but seriously. It’s crazy how each of my kids are so different in their taste buds. Most days they eat what I give them, but they definitely all prefer something different. For instance, Ethan is the only one that will eat a veggie with no problem. Millie on the other hand? She loves bread and potatoes. She’s the pickiest  and usually will only eat a portion of her plate before she’s “full” but then happens to be hungry for snacks 10 minutes later. Coincidence? I think not.

I always knew I would have one or more of a picky eater in our home. I think it’s bound to happen with having so many kids in the family. I honestly feel like a parent expert because of these Vitamins we found at our local Walmart, haha. I’m not kidding you, the kids have begged every morning to take their vitamins. I honestly struggled with finding the right chewy vitamins for the kids, because no matter what, they always had a little “after taste” that they didn’t end up liking.

One A Day with Nature’s Medley is the only complete multivitamins with plant-based antioxidants from one total USDA serving size of fruits & vegetables. It makes momming so much easier! I think what really won me over was that these vitamins are Free of artificial flavors and sweeteners. Colors are from natural sources.
